A southern inspired treat! This is one of my favorite things to cook. Southern style grits! The grits are made with plenty of parmesan cheese and cream. Then a delicious side of applewood smoked bacon and green beans. The star of the plate is the Andouille sausage stuffed Wood Oven roasted quail, topped with a spicy buerre blanc.
Next Thursday we have the Vanilla Apple Salad!
